Massachusetts Cannabis Delivery | Adult-Use in Massachusetts

Massachusetts’ cannabis delivery program has been in and out of the news recently due to a lawsuit filed by the Commonwealth Dispensary Association (CDA) which represents a large group of medical and adult-use dispensaries. Massachusetts delivery licenses and courier-style licenses are exclusively available to applicants in MA’s social equity program for a minimum of three years which leaves current dispensaries and those in the CDA to wait until at least 2024 to get into the delivery game. Morriss Partee and Aaron Goines from the Massachusetts Cannabis Association for Delivery join today to discuss the recent lawsuit, MA’s license types, and Massachusetts cannabis policy.
