Florida has Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs) that are found both under the Medical Marijuana Amendment (MMA) that amended the Florida constitution in 2016 by 71% of the citizens’ vote. Florida statutes passed by the legislature have different language than that amendment – so the law could be unconstitutional.
