Pennsylvania State Senator Daylin Leach was addressing coronavirus and cannabis legalization when his cat decided to make an entrance. The cat must have felt ignored and so another in the cats interrupting zoom meetings was born.
Pennsylvania’s cannabis bill (SB 350) would not only legalize cannabis in PA, but also automatically expunge cannabis-related offenses. The cat does not seem to care about these awesome things.
